The annual Symposium is the pre-eminent forum for Australian prawn farmers to gain new knowledge, network and meet with service providers, vendors and scientists.
The 2019 symposium was held at the Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre, South Bank, Brisbane on Monday 29th July – Wednesday 31st July 2019

The 2019 theme was Growing Together – What part will you play? This theme explored challenges, approaches, strategies and vision for Australian prawn farming and aquaculture. Presenters came from all industry connections including, but not limited to, aquaculture farming, marketing, feed production, research, retail, government agencies, consultants, logistics and suppliers.
